07 Nov Blessing of the New Chapel
It has been a long cherished dream of the Daughters of the Immaculate Heart to have a Chapel for St. Joseph Convent Mukkoor, their mother house, to adore the all loving God as a single family. And that dream was realized at 4pm on 24/10/2020 when His Excellency Bp. Sebastian Thekkethecheril blessed the newly built chapel during the Eucharistic celebration, con-celebrated by a number of Reverend priests. During the homily His Excellency acknowledged that the chapel is the fructification of the prayers and wishes of the sisters, and exhorted them to be the living temples of the Holy Spirit. Mother Isidore thanked all those who contributed to make the dream come true, and His Excellency presented a memento each to all of them. The memorable day came to a close with an agape attended by all who were present.
